This location needs to improve customer service or either not allow employes to use cell phones while attending customers!! I went to pay a bill thru western union and the lady was on duty was talking on her phone on a bad mood and treated me like if i was asking for a free service and asked me rudely if i knew i had to pay $10.00 for the service, of course i know i pay my bill every month!! But the worst thing it's that she sent the payment to a wrong company!!! Just because she was on the cell phone not paying attention to me and all she said it was a "sorry" i ask to talk to the manager and she answers ironically "I am the manager" and there is nothing i cam do for you!!! Are you kidding me??? Its been 25 days and i haven't get my refound and damaging my credit because the payment is delay now. She just told me to call western union's customer service and they will help me! now im wasting time and all because this lady called "manager" can't do her job right because her cell phone is more important than customers. I'm not going back to this location amd i don't recommend to go pay bills here until they do something about it.
