I've been banking with ICCU for many years. I love their online banking system. It's the easiest one I've used (I have experience with four banks). They don't nickle and dime their members to death. I find their fees are reasonable. They've made a lot of improvements in hiring the right people and then training them. The employees at the Sycamore branch are always friendly and treat you professionally.
