Was good but a change in management and has goon down hill fast. No customer service. Don't care if you are a customer or if you go to a competitor. Current management is very inept.

Worst place to ever do any kind of business. Only gave 1 star because 0 is not an option. Always putting you as late even though you paid in full and closed account. DO NOT EVER GO HERE. No one knows what they are doing and you always get the run around. They talk you in circles so you get so confused you just get fed up and hang up. It's not just this branch either. It's the entire credit union. Hubby had his card taken with identity fraud and even though he told them he did not make the purchase they said they had to see where it goes. And he never got his money back and that was $600! They basicly said yes we see the charge and no were not going to do anything about it.

I have been a customer here for years. I have to say I wish I wasn't. Their fraud detection is terrible. Its improved over the years but it is still terrible. In fact I could not use my card to make a purchase but my wife could. When I called the bank multiple times to resolve it the only real fix was using my wife's card. They had no idea why. Most (not all) of the staff is apathetic and do not care. If was looking for a credit union or bank I certainly would keep looking. There is nothing at this financial institution that i can honestly say I like about them. The only reason I say 2 stars is that has improved in the last few years from terrible to just simply bad.

Well they did it too me again! Cashed my paycheck on Saturday afternoon and deposited just the amount I needed to do some weekend business and around 6:00pm Saturday evening guess what my balance is 0! Why ICCU why? I gave you my money and I have a transaction receipt stating my balance but I can’t use my card and now have to wait till Monday to see what’s going on? I really don’t know why I haven’t changed banks yet I guess it’s just the hope that someday you people will stop screwing up, Thanks again for the inconvenience I appreciate it.

Wow. If my first call to this credit union is any indication of how they treat their members, that is truly sad. Calling to ask about becoming a member, and the individual I spoke with, seemed annoyed that I even called. Super short with me, and gave me the impression that she had zero interest in helping me. I guess I'm staying with Earthmover. They have great customer service!

Have 2 car loans here, the ladies here are perfect. NEVER EVER, had any issues at all. Glad to be a member here and will continue to be.

I love this place! I am always treated like family and when the government shutdown affected me they understood my problems and are working with me. I have had nothing but a great experience dealing with them for MANY years!

I've been banking with ICCU for many years. I love their online banking system. It's the easiest one I've used (I have experience with four banks). They don't nickle and dime their members to death. I find their fees are reasonable. They've made a lot of improvements in hiring the right people and then training them. The employees at the Sycamore branch are always friendly and treat you professionally.
