Horrible customer service. I took out an auto loan from this bank 2 months ago from a private seller. My car needed a new engine, so I went into the bank again to see what my options were. I sat down with Chi at the Woodbury location for 30 minutes while he was typing to someone on the computer. He told me that no matter what the total was for the auto repair, the bank would cover half and add it to my auto loan. All I had to do was bring in the work order and they would write a check to the mechanic. That worked for me, so I told the mechanic to go ahead and put in a new engine. My car is now done and ready to be picked up, so I went into the bank to turn in the work order and receive a check. I had to talk to a different person and she said that I have to go through a loan process over again, add my husband to the loan, and call me IF it is approved. IF it is approved!? I would not have had a new engine put in, had I known this before. It’s been 3 hours and I still have not received a call, my car is waiting to be picked up and this is my only option. It was a huge waste of my entire day and there was no apology for SO much misinformation given to me. Employees should not be allowed to make mistakes like this.
