Ideal stole $1,550 from me over a disputed transaction on a separate account. Told me I'm SOL. After 20 years of loyalty.

Just had a great experience. Even though it was because my account had been compromised, Adi was so helpful and understanding. She helped with the paperwork and was able to get me a new card immediately so I could access my account again. Thanks much Ado.

Horrible customer service. I took out an auto loan from this bank 2 months ago from a private seller. My car needed a new engine, so I went into the bank again to see what my options were. I sat down with Chi at the Woodbury location for 30 minutes while he was typing to someone on the computer. He told me that no matter what the total was for the auto repair, the bank would cover half and add it to my auto loan. All I had to do was bring in the work order and they would write a check to the mechanic. That worked for me, so I told the mechanic to go ahead and put in a new engine. My car is now done and ready to be picked up, so I went into the bank to turn in the work order and receive a check. I had to talk to a different person and she said that I have to go through a loan process over again, add my husband to the loan, and call me IF it is approved. IF it is approved!? I would not have had a new engine put in, had I known this before. It’s been 3 hours and I still have not received a call, my car is waiting to be picked up and this is my only option. It was a huge waste of my entire day and there was no apology for SO much misinformation given to me. Employees should not be allowed to make mistakes like this.

If I could rate this place lower I would. The customer service is awful. I have never been more disrespected and treated so poorly than my last visit to this bank. I wish this experience on nobody. Save your time and go to a bank that actually respects its customers. I went to this bank three days ago and still can't wrap my head around as to why this lady felt the need to raise her voice with me and argue. I hope Ideal Credit Union finds some better employees. All I can say is my time at this bank has not been ideal

I love the rates here, and they have been helpful the two times I've encountered identity theft. The customer service is usually pretty good for everyday things. My big complaint however is their hours. 9am-12pm on a Saturday is just a waste of everyone's time. They would get much more business staffing for a longer shift, especially if the people that process car loans and such were there during that period. I'm not sure if they are currently but with a three hour window on errand day for most people, I'll never be able to find out

Never had a good experience here. Their debut/credit cards wear out to the point you can’t read them after only a couple months. Their online banking app is always down for “maintenance” probably at least once or twice a month. If you use your card more than 3 times a day they put a hold on your card and you have to call their number and go through and accept the charges manually and finally their customer service is no where up to par especially over the phone when you call in to release the hold on your card. Switched to wings financial.

I started with the credit union years ago by having to donate a dollar to join. After having just a savings acct. We went to a checking account. We banked in West St. Paul credit union. Stopped into the North St Paul office a few times.We have never experienced a problem with any accounts. I just could not be to balance it. lol. I love the credit union. We would never go any other place for our banking needs. My husband moved his 401K into American Funds with the credit union, We financed Car loans, 2nd mortgages, our house , even for going overseas they are there to assist us. Liz the bank manager in Woodbury became a friend to us. I can never say enough good things about the friendliness we received over the years. Here's to you Woodbury office may we have many more wonderful years of service.!!!!!
