If I could rate a 0 star I would. This bank is a joke. We came in for a loan for a vehicle spent almost 2 hours applying for it. They told us to come back the next day to get the check and sign final paperwork that we had been approved and they would email over confirmation the next day. Called at noon the next day to confirm everything was ready to pick up at 3pm. Got there at 3 pm and at 4:45 (mind you they close at 4:30) the manager decided she was gonna work on finding out why we were still waiting. They say they still didn't have confirmation. It's ridiculous, DO NOT WASTE YOR TIME!
