I have never experienced such terrible customer service before. They don't deserve 1 star. New in the area we wanted to open up an account. The employees at the desks when we walked in asked to help us. We told them what we wanted then both employees tried to get each other to do it. After some back and forth the female employee convinced the male employee to assist us. After filling out the application and asking questions we felt as though they could care less whether we opened an account or not. When my husband asked what the interest rate for savings was the male employee replied "hardly nothing". Because of the disinterested attitude we got up, cancelled the application, and took our business elsewhere.
