Feedback:

My husband and I had been in direct communication with a Sales Rep for a few days about a specific car they had on the lot. we called ahead this morning to confirm our appointment and the availability of the car. we were going with the intent to buy. This morning we were told by the sales rep that the car was available on the lot. We called ahead to confirm the appointment because we were driving over an hour to view this specific car. Upon arrival we were informed that the car had been sold the previous day. After this, we were ushered to the sales rep’s desk, where they began trying to sell us on multiple other vehicles that didn’t fit what we were looking for. We spoke with the manager, and the most he could do was tell us he was sorry and offer to pay for our gas. When he left the sales rep told us, as an attempt to comfort us, that this has happened multiple times before. We persuade you to think twice before considering this dealership due to how unprofessionally they handled their customer service.

I was assisted by Michael Blackmer, a salesman. He was considerate, knowledgeable, and courteous during my whole car buying process. I went there only wanting to test drive and walked out with a used car. Eric Birmingham was the sales manager that assisted me. He really tried his best to give me the best deal possible. I walked a happy customer. I do recommend these people! If you stop by and buy a car, tell them I sent you!!!! Good luck!!

Have left several (5) voicemails regarding a tag issue when purchasing a car. Have recieved no return phone calls regarding the issue. the messages were supposedly left with the lot manager and i am having to resort to legal action. i would recomend shopping around a bit more before going with Huber Vester Chevorlet.

Telling your local dealership you will never let another car you own be serviced there is not a great feeling. We buy Chevy an prefer having local dealers have them maintenanced versus other shops. Hubert isn't big on communication, reliable work, or being understanding with his customers. Having to bring back a work truck several times for their lack of checking up after themselves isn't exceptable. My concern for my vehicle being properly serviced as well as the lack of respect they show at Hubert Vester is why I choose to go elsewhere!!

After a particular difficulty with a procedure to my car; Mr.Jared Mosley, the General Manager immediately stepped in, took control of the matter, and quickly resolved the situation with a level of class, dedication, and honesty that I have seldom experienced. His concern for the customer is real, and he is devout in his promise to offer the best customer care for all consumers, and service to ensure fairness and customer satisfaction. I salute Mr. Mosley, and I am most grateful that men like this still walk among us.

We took our car in for recall work. We caught them in many lies. We ended up taking the car to another dealership's service department. It was proven there that either they did not do the work at all or they put in faulty parts.

Our sales person, Rachel Reynolds was great. She even helped me out when my lens came out of my glasses so that we were able to complete our process. Very personable. Worked with us for several weeks until we could decide which vehicle was best for us. She seemed to be very knowledgeable about the vehicles also. Only thing was the finance person was not completely knowledgeable about what transpired between our sales person and us when we met with him. Maybe hire more finance people would be nice for the final process.
