I am with HSBC for the last 10 years. I can't say that I ever had any issues unless u don't need to come to the branch for discussing face to face cases. As I am residing in SHJ, I have to come and always deal with SHJ branch of HSBC. And here where the nightmare starts. There is never ever parking available near by! Never ever. The average waiting time is 45 mins!!! 45 mins to wait for any teller to be free, are u actually being serious?! The staff at the reception are not smiling and not welcoming as they supposed to be, only one lady is being polite at the reception desk, wish could know her name. But was assisted very nicely by one of the specialist female, who was polite, helpful and very caring. 3 stars only for HSBC in general as a bank, but SHJ branch needs a lot of improvement with regards to the parking, waiting time and customer service orientation for some of the front desk staff.
