The wait for services in the premier lounge averages from 30 mins yo 1 hr. Clearly very understaffed and not acceptable for premier service. The beverages only provide coffee and tea. Use to have soft drinks but no more due to cost cutting. Another complaint is the free 1 hr. car park at the city car park is usually non existance. What's the point of offering free car parking when it is usually unavailable due to scarce parking space. Can't they provide alternative car parks?
