I've been a member since 2012 and my experience was ok up until today. I hadn't used this account since 2016 so I went online to make a transfer and I saw that I was charged a bad address fee. I call to see what it was and to see if it could get reversed because I had updated my address through USPS when I moved 2 years ago. Keep in mind that they have been sending mail to my current address. I spoke with someone who said that they couldn't do anything because the charge was valid even though I have no charge over the Postal system.
