Client Review on Hotel Inglaterra Estoril

Feedback:

We booked suite .such a beautiful hotel .but bed cover was dirty,metris wasn't good and didnt have toilet paper .. so we asked change the bad cover .How they changed the bed cover is how they threw the blanket on the floor and changed the bed cover.(we were there) .....Also Door handler wasn't good .. And we cheked out they asked me about minibar .we didnt use any minibar but they doubt us (because we bought water from supermarket)Even they dont know how many they have bottle of water.. Elevator also very scary💢 If you sensitive with sleep because quit noisy (you can hear every thing from next door )But breakfast was good !that's why I gave this hotel 2 stars .
