We booked suite .such a beautiful hotel .but bed cover was dirty,metris wasn't good and didnt have toilet paper .. so we asked change the bad cover .How they changed the bed cover is how they threw the blanket on the floor and changed the bed cover.(we were there) .....Also Door handler wasn't good .. And we cheked out they asked me about minibar .we didnt use any minibar but they doubt us (because we bought water from supermarket)Even they dont know how many they have bottle of water.. Elevator also very scary💢 If you sensitive with sleep because quit noisy (you can hear every thing from next door )But breakfast was good !that's why I gave this hotel 2 stars .

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, great service.Rooms are large, fresh and clean. Staff at the reception speak English very well. Some reviews mentioned bad coffee - yeah, I do have to agree with that. Breakfast was not all that but OK if you go early.This is a boutique hotel, so there are some creepy mannequins displayed in the hallways as "art".
