We purchased this system 6 years ago and had the same problems as the other reviewer.They left us high and dry with no help the first busy weekend Even tho we called and called and left several messages because we neededt their help with a credit card issue. We had to refund the customeruntil we could get back to them on the next business day. I too lost it with James as he denied ever getting a message from me even tho I left numerous albeit angry messages.We definitely over paid for the system as it was not user friendly and had many glitches. The unit finally crashed and all data was lost as there was no way to back up anything so 6 years of data was gone. When I asked about it James said that was about the normal life span.
