I have been doing business with HTS for over ten years. James and his team keeps me posted of all new software and hardware technology changes that keeps The Crooked Duck afloat! If you have a menu that has a lot of modifications for each entree, than HTS is all you need. HTS will build your menu and coach you, so your front of the house staff can spend more time with your guests, then struggling with the other P.O.S. competition out there.

This is the third account that I have worked with HTS on installing Digital Dining. They really have honed in on how to correct issues quickly, and catching issues before they affect service. The team is always responsive, and I usually have someone dial in and make updates while I am on the phone on the first call. Most POS systems are working on similar platforms these days, but the support at HTS is the reason why I have returned to Digital Dining, and wiil continue to use them for my POS needs.

HTS has always been a great partner to helping all my clients have a POS team that brings not only a great product, but a team dedicated to serving local businesses like it was their own business. Many of my clients tell me that there support team brings service that you can rely on, which is exactly why people who use them appreciate what they bring to the table vs. the many other POS companies that exist.

We, Hurricanes Bar & Grill in Huntington Beach, CA, are a high volume fast paced 9 terminal venue. We have used Digital Dining POS System, supported/sold by Hospitality Technology Systems (HTS), since 2006! James and his staff have been super supportive with the system as well as upgrades, changes and everything else over this past 12+ years. Their support is 1st rate and equipment cost and upgrades are well within costs and standards. I would recommend this system and HTS for anyone looking for a high quality, reliable, fast and easy to train system for your bar or restaurant.

We have tried several POS companies and have finally met a company that has provided exceptional service. We have experienced less friendly customer service and know how important it is to get a live person in the middle of a busy night or weekend rush. They have never let us down and we operate over 9 stations with 5 CC stations. Always a good experience with excellent follow-up calls. Thank you and keep up the good work!!!!

We purchased this system 6 years ago and had the same problems as the other reviewer.They left us high and dry with no help the first busy weekend Even tho we called and called and left several messages because we neededt their help with a credit card issue. We had to refund the customeruntil we could get back to them on the next business day. I too lost it with James as he denied ever getting a message from me even tho I left numerous albeit angry messages.We definitely over paid for the system as it was not user friendly and had many glitches. The unit finally crashed and all data was lost as there was no way to back up anything so 6 years of data was gone. When I asked about it James said that was about the normal life span.

We have enjoyed the POS system as well as being able to customize everything to our business. The back office is very easy to navigate and we can adjust things as our business needs change. We are very happy with the POS system and working with HTS.
