Worst trained staff ever! I was lied, misinformed and talked over. They DON’T care about people and the situation! Please be aware that their specialist DON’T know everything you ask them. They will tell you something and when you call back their ONLY ONE SUPERVISOR will tell you different story. I asked him to listen to the call between me and his repayment assistance agent and he wouldn’t even listen what I had to say. He keeps telling me his side of the story and he likes to act like he’s talking to his child or some mentally sick person. Abrupt and not pleasant experience!!! I even REQUESTED to talk to his boss and he said he has the highest position in this business. Paying $20 for payment over the phone because HIS EMPLOYEE made false statements it’s not fair.
