Feedback:

Don’t bank with these guys! They will make constant changes to your online accounts for security reasons and this ruins the user experience. Go with a bigger credit union. These guys won’t even apologize for their actions. Shameful.

Literally the worst credit union ever! Would not ever recommened to anyone!!! I can not make a simple car payment over the phone, through the drive thru, or online. If I could I would give negative stars.

Kelli at the Summerville location is absolutely fantastic! She knows her stuff. She is very informative and let's me know what exactly what is going on so no surprises! Definitely recommend her and this location!

We have been members since we moved to SC in 2009. I love the staff. They have always been efficient and very helpful. My only issue is there are so many new employees.

Absolutely awful. I called to get my daily limit taken off for 1 day. It took me 45 minutes to get someone on the phone. When I did he told me to call back the day of and they can do it for 24 hours. I called back and the woman was extremely rude. She told me she could do it till the end of the business day. I explained to her that I was at work and that the other person told me 24 hours. She put me on hold after I expressed that I wanted to switch banks. When she came back on the line she told me that she could do it till the next morning. When I went to take the money out of the account my account was frozen. She literally froze my account. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional service.

Been a member of this Credit Union for about 8 years. The people are super friendly, my grandmother is in there every week and she absolutely loves these guys! I needed a personal loan to take care of a wedding expense and they handled the loan within a week! Great place to bank!

As a credit union I haven't had many issues, but this Summerville branch specifically has an employee that has really irritated me. My initial problem was brought on by myself I do admit to that part. I had an online payment to an apartment complex, that I no longer live at, and I forgot to cancel that automatic payment. I went into the branch to speak with somebody about it and was told that I need to speak with the apartment complex, which I did and was directed back to the credit union. The apartment complex stated that they have not received payment, and would decline it anyway because I no longer live there. I went in and spoke with Teresa, this is where everything takes a turn for the worst. She was mouthy when I said I thought I had cancelled the automatic payment she replied with "well obviously you didn't". She supposedly contacted their online bill pay department and the money, which is almost $900, was going to be back in my account no later than this past Friday. Well here it is on Tuesday and nothing has been returned. I called in today to their online services department and they were closed on Friday due to the storm, which ended up not being so bad, but there are no notes from Teresa or anything from the online department about the contact. The lady I was speaking with on the phone called the branch and SURPRISE Theresa is off today, and so is the person she supposedly contacted in the online department. Well here we are, my rent is late and now I have late fees. Thanks to this fiasco, and as of now I still have $880 missing from my account.Update: It has been fixed because I had to call back for a second time today. Still not going to give this branch more than one star because of Teresa.
