Very rude and unprofessional customer service!! I was charged $14000 for a vehicle that was only worth $2000. I am currently seeking legal counsel as I feel as I’ve been sold a lemon. The vehicle will not start and this is the 4th issue I’ve had with the vehicle since it was purchased a year ago. They expect on time biweekly payments and will disable your vehicle if it’s a day late. Well today I told them not to bother disabling the vehicle because the car will not start. The account manager dismissed my complaint about the vehicle’s condition and told me he was no mechanic and only wanted to discuss the payment that was due Yesterday. Please take your money to a real bank and do not deal with these predatory lenders. You will be sorry.
