Feedback:

Will be closing account & pulling my car loan from here. Poor customer service, lack of compassion & care for their customers or their concerns... sad to see being in customer service & sales for 25 years.

Feedback:

This bank is a wonderful bank I’ve been baking there for probably 20 years plus their phone app is great I haven’t been in there for many years but over the years it’s changed inside three or four times and now you talk to nothing but a machine and it actually took longer to talk to the machine and do my transaction Then it would’ve talking to a teller person

Feedback:

The people are great. Unforythey are being replaced with machines

Feedback:

Outside ATM deposit worked flawlessly. I love GTE best rates! 2.99 on car loan. 9% on CCard! I have morgage with them also. NO problems at all....

Feedback:

Terrible company they cancelled my business account and when I asked the lady there to come and assist she started "well you needed to setup a new account anyway". I did want to but needed time to call each company to let them know the new deposit information. She could have cared less, unbelievable and a total nightmare as I didn't have immediiate access to my funds all my clients had to send checks. Terrible bank not just for this experience but other issues I had. Also, good luck finding a bank if you travel, forget it.

Feedback:

Great credit union.

Feedback:

I had a small share savings account at GTE just so I could access money locally if I needed to, and they flagged it for fraud because I moved money in from my checking account (they said I was at high risk for money laundering). I had to jump through a bunch of hoops, talk to the President's office and finally, they supposedly removed the flag on my account. Mind you, I have no criminal record, no civil record and have never been investigated for fraud of any sort.About two months later, I went to deposit about $300 of Treasury bonds, and I already had about $500 in my account, and had not made any deposits or withdrawals to my account since I opened and funded it. They refused to cash my bonds because of the fraud hold. I spent 20 minutes with the assistant manager trying to clarify, and was basically told that I had to call the fraud department again. The fraud department then told me that I was at high risk for money laundering (keep in mind I hadn't done anything in two months with my account) and refused to let me cash my Treasury bonds.I closed my account that day. I've never been flagged by any other bank for money laundering, have had a background check for a professional license since and that is the only time anyone has suggested that I am a fraudster. Suncoast Credit Union is opening up and Florida Central is in Mitchell Ranch- there are much better credit unions in the area than GTE.

Feedback:

The absolute worst bank/credit union that I have ever deposited money in. I had to close my account because they were charging a monthly inactive fee when I didn't make any transfers for a couple of months. That is the point of having a SAVINGS account people!!!
