Love Grow, but this new location is miserable. Incredibly small parking lot, hard to get out of due to traffic and today I got the fantastic joy of having rain pour down my back while I tried to use the ATM because the awning is literally 2 feet wide. I may switch institutions now. It's out of my way and inconvenient. The old location was fantastic.

I mean its a bank...but they are friendly and helpful as they should be as they are holding you money.

Why is there not a drive-thru ATM at this location! Or at least open up another branch on the westside of Saint Pete!

Perhaps lunch time on a Friday is NOT the ideal time to train a new teller. She was also the only teller available as no less than a dozen customers waited. I had been waiting 7 minutes before I decided to use the drive through. In this time the line had NOT moved once. On my lunch break, I don't have time for this nonsense. Get it together GROW!!

This new location is the worst move ever. How inconsiderate to move farther north in total disregard of your customers who bank with you from the southern portion of St Petersburg. All locations for Grow Financial is located North...Ie: Pinellas Park, Largo, Clearwater, and even Tampa. I have been with Grow since the beginning (MacDill Federal) but I'm seriously thinking of moving my accounts.

Highly disappointed with my experience at the branch located on 73rd Ave and MLK Street today. I, along with my mother and sister, have been banking with this credit union for over 20 years and when I requested to have a notary public to certify identification on a document that clearly explained what the notary was certifying (with all identifiers on the page and who the document belonged to), I was told that it could not be notarized because I didn't have all 10 pages of the document, which the notary wasn't required to notarize the entire document. When I asked to speak to the "manager", Tracy, stood by her original decision that the notary couldn't notarize the document. After the inconvenient move of the branch and this experience, I'm considering closing all of my accounts with Grow Financial. I have never had such a deplorable experience with this institution.

I've had this bank for awhile but there are few locations.. the one I go to is on 4th street in st.pete FL. The atm outside hardly works and has taken a check from me without actually depositing, the line inside to get anything done is always atleast 13 people long anytime of the day. They have about 3 people behind the counter, one woman with blonde hair who must be a manger of some sort who just stands there over watching everyone. I wish the atm would be fixed or replaced so I did not have to deal with going inside and waiting.
