Feedback:

New experience of a car loan with Grow Financial. They believed in me a gave me a great competitive rate. I will set up an auto pay account and enjoy the seamless pleasure of mindless payment... Unless, I want to double up on some payments and pay this off early without penalties. Thank you Grow Financial for believing.

If I could do zero stars I would! I cannot wait to close my account but I figured it is my duty to inform/warn others of this atrocity they call a bank beforehand. I have never in my life been treated with such disrespect it is absolutely disgusting. I had a credit card through grow financial and in the beginning I thought it wasn't half bad... other than the non-user friendly website and the fee you pay for the privilege of needing to make a payment over the phone when their site is undoubtedly down. I thought, well let me purchase my home through them as well....big mistake! I was made out to be some criminal and was given the run around and ultimately was flat out ignored. I would have much rather they told me "hey we don't feel like selling you a house" rather than be treated the way that I was. Many things that were asked of me and told to me are grounds for racial discrimination and I will NOT tolerate it, anywho...l know this is long winded but the point is don't waste your time here because any other bank on the planet is better than this.

I have an 800 credit score and they decided to close my credit card account without any warning! Just because I didn’t use it in the last few months? My score dropped 30 points because of this BS

Absolutely terrible customer service. If I knew then what I know now, I would have stayed away from Grow. I have an auto loan and a saving account with them. I have it set up to autopay my car note. I have been dealing with this for 9 days now....it says my payment is late. My payment is $250 and my savings acct balance is over $1,000 but I do not have the funds to pay my car note?!?!?!?! You call customer service....wait on hold for 30 minutes...to only have a rude CSR tell me that she cannot help me and will have to have a specialist call you back in 24 hours. The first time, the call never came. The second time, I missed the call. If you miss a call, you have to start the process over. Terrible Terrible Terrible customer service. I will be refinancing my car so I can get my accounts away from this terrible institution that does not care about its customers.

CRIMINALS. I opened a money market at 2.75% and I found out they are STEALING MONEY from my account!!!!!

Workers are nice but Grow Financial is THE WORST bank I've had in my entire life. If you have money stolen from your account, apparently they wont give it back to you. Lost hundreds of dollars. Stay away!

I'm a vendor and they have refused to pay my invoice for over 90 days. Customer service hangs up on me and the website is a joke. Judging by all of the one star reviews on here, I doubt I will ever see my money.

Grow financial is trash. They have the worst customer service, their branches are ridiculous, the website is bad... I can go on. They don't stand for their customers, they only want your money. They ruined my credit score because of their own mistake and they did not admit it or apologized. I am really glad I have paid off my loan in full and no longer have to deal with them. If grow financial is your only choice for a loan... don't get a loan, just wait until you can get something else.

As Marble Florida llc I have been with grow financial for long time now it has been a pleasure to work with them and now it's over. I'm still giving 5 stars because I get to know many people who works for this bank specially Brandon location. Even tho this bank didn't have location states that I have customers including part of Florida I did try to keep them because I did have a someway connection with everyone.It is hard to see for the Main Branch what I'm talking about or how I feel but I will miss the people most. As a small business owner I did try and manage best way I could and never done knowingly anything wrong or hurtful other than trying to manage my bills specially after Hurricane month. Not having branch other states or even part of Florida was hurting cash flow making for customers deposits harder. I had a situation where they didn't truly understand me now closing my accounts. They could of help and explain in person better so we do better and right way doing business.
