Overall Feedback:

I have used Groupon for many years now. When I have an issue I have to speak with someone outside of the US. And when I ask to speak with someone else, I get transferred to another country. No one is willing to help and culturally there are differences in the communication.

I'm a Groupon merchant they never told me they would run a Google ad campaign in my business name which means groupon is doing nothing to bring me customers since the person is already searching our business name and they already know about us this is a shady business practice

A. You'll be treated like a "Grouponer". As soon as you flash your Groupon to redeem a product/service, your experience will be subpar. They look at you differently and you feel shamed. That has not changed in the many years of it's existence.B. They negligently misrepresent the values of their Groupon. I bought a Groupon for two facials for $86.50. It advertised the value as being $240. I went to a facial and trying to determine a tip appropriate to the value, I asked the owner how much the facial would have been without a Groupon. She said $40. I looked on the website, sure enough, she gave me a $40 facial. When I brought this up to Groupon's CS, they said here is a $10 credit and "sorry, but not sorry." The owner said she only gets $10 from Groupon anyway. I will never buy another Groupon again and this is my PSA to warn others of it as well.

I use to love groupon, I order almost all my household items from them never have a problem till the last time i order a comforter. I order it for 2 weeks I keep following up the order I keep calling there cant even give me a correct answer the tracking number was not found their dont know the statues of the order if it left the warehouse or not after 2weeks of back and before their finally reorder the same thing with was 1 week a go same situation no tracking number found. Still no answere when u ask for manager their put u on hold for 30 minutes and say on one is unavailable if u insist their put u back Hold for 20 minutes before a manager pick up will no applause there will not try to resolve the problem, to see why am not getting my order but there will tell you either to give you a refund ot reorder not even working to see why an not receiving my order..I NEED TO TALK TO SOMEBODY FROM COOPERATE BECAUSE I NEED ANSWERS NOT A BUNCH OF PROPLE WITH NO KNOWLEDGE AND STUPID MANAGERS

I only gave 1 star because I cannot give 0. I tried to purchase a Groupon and received an error message (it did not say that I have to wait 1-2 hours for it to finalize). Therefore, I tried to process the purchase again and saw that BOTH payments were charged and no matter how hard I tried to explain that I do not want 2 of the same Groupon and that this was an error, I am unable to receive any type of refund. The rep explained that customer service and satisfaction is their top priority, but refuse a refund for me due to AN ERROR ON THEIR END. When I asked for a supervisor above the one I spoke with, I was informed to write a letter to their corporate office. Great job Groupon, I have a Groupon I don’t want and I am highly satisfied in NEVER using your service ever again.
