Client Review on Greenwood Credit Union

Feedback:

On August 24th I had my credit pulled once, unfortunately, the bank pulled it twice. It now appears on my credit as a "hard pull" two times. I have made 7 to 10 calls into the bank. I consistently have had to leave messages on voice mail. A kind man, I want to say Mike, finally called me after hours, around 5:00pm on Wed. I explained to him the situation and he indicated I needed to speak to a supervisor, unfortunately, this person already departed for the day. He was going to leave a message for this person to call me. It is now the next day and it is 11:30am, no one has called me. I called the bank again, I received Melissa. She was very unprofessional on the phone. Her "snotty" attitude was not appreciated. I asked for a "live" person and she became argumentative with me. If you have the phone calls recorded, you should listen to how she spoke. Please, do yourself a favor, remove her from customer service. She does not represent you well.! With this said, can some one with authority PLEASE call me so we can fix the issue? Thanks for caring!
