Feedback:

In this day and age each of us need to be very careful about our business decision. Greenwood Credit Union (Post Road, Warick, RI) need to improve their customer relations. If you don't mind being told that you don' t know what your talking about and not having your questions answered then sign your name on that dotted line. Then when you make all of your payment fifteen months earlier then required hold on to your wallet because you still owe more than agreed to. Rhode Island must be very proud of the Greenwood Credit Union. If you don't need Greenwood Credit Union then do yourself a favor and move on to a place that will appreciate your business.

Feedback:

Very poor customer service. Car loans cannot be paid on line and they want to charge a fee to do it over the phone. You would think a lender would want to make it easy to make a payment.

If Feb 2018 I secured a auto loan. My payments are 347$ a month. As of 9 /5/ 2018 I have made over 3600$ in payments. But I have been charged a 17.00 late. I tryed to call them to discuss this. Unable to contact them. I do not recommend doing any business with them.

On August 24th I had my credit pulled once, unfortunately, the bank pulled it twice. It now appears on my credit as a "hard pull" two times. I have made 7 to 10 calls into the bank. I consistently have had to leave messages on voice mail. A kind man, I want to say Mike, finally called me after hours, around 5:00pm on Wed. I explained to him the situation and he indicated I needed to speak to a supervisor, unfortunately, this person already departed for the day. He was going to leave a message for this person to call me. It is now the next day and it is 11:30am, no one has called me. I called the bank again, I received Melissa. She was very unprofessional on the phone. Her "snotty" attitude was not appreciated. I asked for a "live" person and she became argumentative with me. If you have the phone calls recorded, you should listen to how she spoke. Please, do yourself a favor, remove her from customer service. She does not represent you well.! With this said, can some one with authority PLEASE call me so we can fix the issue? Thanks for caring!

They have saved me from so much grief! After being dragged around for months by Santander they saved the day and helped me solve a heloc issue within a few weeks. Thanks!!!

Horrible customer service. The people in the loan department can't even answer basic questions. Simply do what the computer tells them do to. I spoke to several different people over the course of three days and there was no consistency at all. I owed one payment day and then a double payment by Friday. I asked how that was possible and two different people just gave me the run around. I am paying off my car early so I don't have to deal with them any longer.

I drove down to the bank to payoff a lial. I wass coming from an hour away in MA, on Monday 8-13-18. I arrive at 1pm to find the place locked up and not a soul around. No sign on the door no message on the website, was supposed to be open 9-4. Still can't get anyone to answer the phone. What gives?

This place is every bit as bad as any of the bad reviews. The customer service is horrendous, and they're about 10 years behind in technology. I basically was tricked into using them for an auto loan. Never again.God help you if you wish to change your address.

One of the worst!! Open an online acct and fund it then go turn in paperwork there they say sorry we can't open this acct for you.ok where is my money i funded the acct with??? What a joke that place is

I take back what I wrote, as operations manager helped me out and solved my issues . Not 5 star because it took long for me to solve the issue .
