I've been a member with GFCU since graduating high school, so over ten years but as of today I will be closing my accounts and moving them to SC TELCO. I tried applying for an auto loan with Greenville federal and was thrown through to many unnecessary loops just to be denied. The next day I applied with SC TELCO and was instantly approved. They actually understand their customers and the situations most are in, and they're willing to help rebuild and re-establish their customers unlike GFCU.
