Unfortunately Greenville Federal Credit Union have a rude belligerent employee name Kelly at the greer sc branch. She occasionally answers the phone line for the main branch. She is very rude and unwilling to help customers which is very sad. I have been a member with GFCU for years the unprofessional expierences . Hearing my co- worker on the phone with this rude lady is unbelievable. I have Witness such unprofessionalism it's beyond my comprehension.... what happened to good customer service? Kelly Greer SC branch have horrible customer service!!!
