This is the worst bank!! I would recommend digging a hole in the back yard and hiding it before using this bank. It will be easier to get your money if you do so. Ever since Hawthorne Credit Union was purchased by Great Lakes it has been a horrible experience. Make a deposit there is a problem, make a withdrawal there’s a problem. Try using ez deposit another problem. It is always something at this bank. I have been using this location for over ten years. The staff is great!! It’s all the other hassles and polices they have that is the problem. Do yourself a favor and dig a hole in the back yard and save the aggravation.
