Once upon a time this was my go to bank. The staff were friendly and helpful and for someone getting my first credit card and such, they seemed phenominal for years.Until I started paying attention. Services and alerts I signed up for I have to sign up for repeatedly because either they didn't actually do it, or they gave a completely different phone number and now my cards just randomly get declined. No explanation why. I have been left stranded in places, when I go out to eat or even trying to get gas and no matter what I do my card won't work and I'm left standing there desperately trying to figure something out and the only answer I receive why is "I don't know". This is utterly unacceptable and is happening to the point it is screwing with my day to day life.
