Better off picking another bank for a loan or bank service.

Feedback:

Be very cautious of purchasing GAP insurance when financing an auto. Most financial institutions prorate and return the balance if you refinance. After all it is loan protection. This organization sells a product that will not issue a prorated amount after 30 days. Their contract tricks you with words. My financial advisors say they have never seen anything like it! Their staff is rude and the insurance team in particular have no professionalism! Buyer beware!!!!!!!

I been having some financial problems due to my BF not being able to work and had come down to one income, I had to borrow money to make this transaction, my account was overdrawn because I had been using my privilege pay to help me out with bills my due date on that is today Monday, My loan payment is also past due, well I was at a crossroad here on what to do; pay my overdraft or pay my loan, well when I asked this teller Judy Hidalgo she assured me a couple of times that I was going to be able to take out the overdraft again, I wanted to be sure because that was all the money I had and I had other bills to pay, she re assured me because supposedly there was nothing on my account that I was not able to, so I went ahead and paid my overdraft and guess what happened I was not able to use my privilege pay and guess what else I was not able to pay my loan payment because all my money went to the overdraft so now I am going to be 30 days past due on my loan thanks to someone that does not even know how there system works, it is unbelievable I am not the one to be writing reviews but it has to be done... because we had another incident happen to us before where their mobile deposit is a joke why even offer it... so when my BF was working away in another state and was being paid by paper checks and why not use the mobile deposit is there to use right? WRONG! None of the branches knew why we were not able to use the mobile deposit even the so Corporate office which is the Main Branch in GC and should know all there policies.. Our deposits kept being rejected and had to inconvenience his boss to rewrite another check and cash it somewhere else! You know why we were not able to deposit through the mobile app, because it revokes your "privilege" of using it if you are even a day late on your loan or credit card, even if you are a penny overdrawn on your checking account, what a Joke! And if you want to be able to use the mobile deposit again you have to wait 90 days probationary period ha ha how ridiculous is that!!

The staff was very unhelpful and unfriendly towards my mother today even before they knew she was closing out an account. Carolyn would speak over her when she was asking questions and gave us an incorrect balance amount and misread our family name several times.

Scott Yeakley, What a day I’ve had here. Well my credit card was stopped for unlawful usage, good catch there Scott! Trouble is I need a credit card right away because my husband can be called any moment for a transplant operation. Are you Following me so far Scott? So its Tuesday the 7th at 1:00, I start calling , your bank to replace and to get a expedited credit card issued, with some amount of panic. I call none stop until about two a clock. No answer, just a voice recording saying all call lines operators are tied up . I ask my husband “ Is it a Holiday? Columbus Day? Or whatever ridiculous thing they are calling it now days. One of those holidays one can never remember the month .” So Scott , around two o’clock some one answers. Ha ha I thought we are getting somewhere now ! I tell the person on the other end of the line my dire problem, only problem is she wants me to leave a voice message to some she states “may or may not be in.” So here’s what I do Scott, I ask politely to check for me if she is indeed in before I leave a voice mail. Turns out , nope she’s not. So I ask for some one else. The voice at the other end of my phone proceeds to list another named, then checks , no not in , then another name. Well Scott, You see where this is going . Then finally the top name , the head supervisor of the whole credit card department, the big enchilada! Yep they are all gone. Tuesday afternoon at 2:00 and the whole shebang department is gone. You think a bank might need a credit department? What if there’s an emergency, like someone needing a credit card to use for months stay in a hospital for a transplant? Pretty unlikely, but hey Scott, it could happen.
