Worst experience ever... got an approval and started looking and offering on houses. Wanted to add spouse to loan, now they tell me that they screwed up on the original approval and it needs more than we were originally told. Randy Merchant is the fella we were dealing with... During the process of all this it was impossible to get a call back about anything. It took 3 days most of the time to get an answer we were told we would hear back the same day on... and even at that I had to dial the main number and ask for Randy because he wouldn’t answer on his direct line... and he would pick up, not 15 seconds after I just dialed his direct line... atrocious... it would be zero stars if it would let me.
