Client Review on Goetz Credit Union

Feedback:

I am so disappointed in this establishment. Consistently the worst customer service I have ever had. Very rude and visibly unhappy when asked for assistance of any kindIf you need assistance you must go into the building because they refuse to answer the phones. The application has not been updated in at least a year which leaves us more susceptible to digital hacking and fraud, crashes every time I try to check my balance or transfer funds, and to top it off they have not yet nor have no immediate plans to incorporate any digital pay options i.e. Apple Pay etc.. I know this financial institution has been around for a long time but I don't know how they will continue to last let allows grow if they refuse to put the client first and adapt with the times.
