DO NOT BANK WITH GOETZ CREDIT UNION IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! I applied for a very small auto loan and the lady who reviewed my application not only was she unprofessional but she was quite possibly the most rude and snobby person I have ever met after she denied me and my Co signer the loan she kind of just sat there looking at us like we were scum of the earth and just stared at us until we got up and left I don't think she has the mental capacity to be in any form of customer service and if this is any reflection how goetz credit union does business I don't see how they are still in business I hope this review saves someone else a horrifying experience in the future and hopefully the mentally disturbed woman who reviewed my application gets the mental help she needs so one day she could be a functioning part of society and not some disgusting excuse for a human

OF US SIBLINGS... WI, personally, wouldn't bank anywhere else!! My family have banked here since the beginning of time... Well, fairly close to GOETZ C U's opening day, anyway!!! I still own my personal (savings) WORLD 🌎globe bank... It still has a few of the coins in it from the day my pappy opened accounts for ALL 5-6 SIBLINGS in our family. PLUS OUR children and grandchildren... Our children's children and so many LOVED ONES FROM THEN TIL NOW... WE'LL NEVER GO AWAY... OUR FAMILY IS WAY TOO BIG FOR THAT! $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$!!!

In the year I've banked here I've had fruad payments come out of my account (with in the first month.) And on the multiple occasions I've tried to call them they never answer the phone regardless of the time. The only benefit to banking here is that they're fast in depositing and handing out your money.

I have been banking with Goetz Credit Union for 10+ years. I always feel like I am their #1 and only customer. When there is an issue they are on top of correcting it immediately. The girls are always fast, and friendly.

I am so disappointed in this establishment. Consistently the worst customer service I have ever had. Very rude and visibly unhappy when asked for assistance of any kindIf you need assistance you must go into the building because they refuse to answer the phones. The application has not been updated in at least a year which leaves us more susceptible to digital hacking and fraud, crashes every time I try to check my balance or transfer funds, and to top it off they have not yet nor have no immediate plans to incorporate any digital pay options i.e. Apple Pay etc.. I know this financial institution has been around for a long time but I don't know how they will continue to last let allows grow if they refuse to put the client first and adapt with the times.
