Client Review on Glockner South Point Ford

I bought my 2014 Ford Fusion in 2017 used at Glockner South Point Ford. I had it in the service department when I first got it for a recall and they were suppose to wash and detail it because they didn’t clean it. They did the detail and I amazed by how clean they got it. Well I noticed when I got home that there were scuffs on my passenger side door (I went straight home). I told my salesman and he consulted his manager. They said they would call me to set up a time for me to bring it in to get fixed. Never received a phone call! So I take it back in for a noise in my passenger rear end when going over the smallest bump. They tried to tell me that there was nothing wrong with it but there were rocks in my bumper. I told them that it wasn’t possible because I don’t go out gravel roads enough for that to happen. I told them that it was my strut. Well they argued with me and said there was nothing wrong. So I bring it back to get looked again and I wasn’t going to leave with it until it was fixed. They got me a rental and it took them two weeks to find out that the strut mount was broken. TWO WEEKS!!!!! I told them to check everything else before I come to pick it up. They said everything else was fine. Then I heard a squeak and my transmission started slipping. Well I take my car back over for another recall and to check out those two problems as well. The tech drove it and said that he didn’t hear or feel anything. So I drove him around and the car was squeaking up front but the transmission didn’t slip. So I asked for someone else to ride with me. So the service manager Steve rode along. He “claims” he didn’t hear the squeak either. But the transmission did slip and he stated “I felt that” . I was only upset because he couldn’t hear anything and said that they couldn’t fix my car since they couldn’t duplicate the problem but yet he felt the transmission slip. We got back to the dealership and he stated “what do you want to do?” I replied “ I guess I’m going to have to leave and take it somewhere else since your not going to fu***** fix my car!” He then proceeded to tell me that he’s not going to do anything because he couldn’t duplicate anything and that if his daughter spoke to him the way I did he would.... well she just wouldn’t speak to him that way.” I did yell back because he said what he said the way he did. And it was very unprofessional. He told me to get off of his property or he was going to have me escorted off and I wouldn’t be aloud back on the promises. I left.... I took my car to Todd Judy Ford. The nice service writer actually listened to me and took my car back to a tech that only works on transmissions. He stated that as soon as they pulled out of the lot they knew my transmission was going bad. And that they would fix it and everything else wrong with it. I am not happy at all the way these so called professionals even work at a dealership like this. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.
