I wish my husband would of never chose this bank. They have the worst customer service, the over charges are unreasonable, I have ask plenty of times for a copy of my contract and no response. I email multiple people from their store and still not response. If anyone reads this please do not chose this bank, this is the worst bank in American history and I hope they get close down.

I am upset with this bank I had to close it. I saw their personal loans was at a good APR as per their website and when I went with a 750+ credit score only had a student loan and a car loan (already financed by them that’s how I found out about them. They approved my loan from a dealership). And they was charging me 14.50% APR. I asked why because my credit score is excellent and I only had to pay off two loans which I made pretty good money too. Her response was that I didn’t have a lot to pay off so that wasn’t enough for them to trust that I can pay off the personal loan. I had no choice to take it but they basically took advantage because they know I can pay off my loan with a high APR. I did a balance transfer from Discover with 0% APR and closed them. No one is going to take advantage from me anymore. Even with a great credit score some banks still take advantage. ( my car loan was already paid off as well)

I refinanced my Mercedes Benz with this bank through Credit Karma due to an appealing lower interest rate. My vehicle was involved in an accident and totalled in November of 2018. It is now July 2019, 7 months later, and despite my insurance company paying out for the totalled vehicle, I am still being billed monthly for a car I do not own. Garden Savings FCU sent back my insurance check that would clear my loan not ONCE, but TWICE. 7 months later and THOUSANDS of dollars out of my pockets for a destroyed vehicle, I am now paying EXTRA for an attorney to legally battle this smoke and mirrors establishment. The current collections manager, Mr. Michael Williams, who keeps returning my insurance pay off check, is doing everything in his power to squeeze money and interest out of me for a salvaged car. Mr. Williams has stooped so low to the point of barring any other collection officer from working with me to resolve this case. I contacted HR multiple times for help in this matter, and instead of supplying another representative to assist, they gave me the run around. I find it extremely wrong and unfair that I am forced to do business with any employee who is out to ruin my credit score and bill me for 7 extra months after my insurance has already paid out. I would have stuck with Santander and paid a higher interest rate if I knew I would be targeted and treated this unfairly by a "FCU". Shame on Credit Karma for suggesting this FCU to refinance with. 100% disappointed.

es el peor banco que hay en Estados Unidos perdí todo mi dinero di un daw payme de 2,500 dólares y apenas me enteré que el banco no exige daw payme y el dealer que saque mi carro vendió la señora del banco que me atendió nunca me explico bien los detalles y si me hubiera dicho en ese instante que el banco no exige daw payme no hago contrato voy al dealer a reclamar voy a devolver mi carro es el peor banco de d ded Estados Unidos y los voy a publicar en Facebook, youtube sobre este banco

Had a lemon car financed through the credit union and gave it up as a voluntary repossession. They were supposed to notify me when car had been auctioned off so I could pay the remainder balance and no one ever contacted me phone mail or email. I now have an outstanding balance on my credit! (SMDH)The worst customer service and Americas MOST INCONVENIENT BANK!

Awesome experience. My intention at first was to open a secured loan with them to help build my credit until they told me about a certain Credit Builder Loan. I was working with Christopher Freitas who is a teller there and the manager Elia Almeida. This recommendation was actually the better choice and I am very pleased. Thank you for all of your patience and kindness. It was a pleasant business experience. God bless you all at the Ferry Street branch!

Horrible!!! They won't cash their own checks!!!! All foreigners for workers and very rude!!!! I recommend a real bank instead of these crooks
