If it was possible to give zero stars that still would have been too many. Awful communication. Incompetent personnel. Zero credibility. No follow up whatsoever. Too many excuses, not enough solutions. Miserable experience. Spent almost 4K out of pocket because of their lack of any kind of sense of urgency. They could care less.
