If it was possible to give zero stars that still would have been too many. Awful communication. Incompetent personnel. Zero credibility. No follow up whatsoever. Too many excuses, not enough solutions. Miserable experience. Spent almost 4K out of pocket because of their lack of any kind of sense of urgency. They could care less. If this all sounds good to you the please, call them.

My loan officer was Randy Corti. He was great. I was a first time buyer and I had no idea how the process would go. Randy made it easy. Great communication and always friendly. If you are looking for a mortgage, I highly recommend this company. Thanks Randy

My wife and I had visited Palm Springs many times over the years while living in Los Angeles. We decided to buy a home and make a move to Palm Springs full time. We were excited but also knew it could be a daunting experience with all that is involved in a home purchase. Finding the home is one thing but the truly daunting part is all that follows. A true gift was being connected to Sean Teague at Franklin Loan Center to handle the loan process. His patience making sure we understood each step fully could not have been better. This is his job every day but he made us feel like we were friends he was helping out and was determined for it all to be perfect. Sean brought us calmness when that was the last thing we were feeling. He made the difficult parts make sense, the roadblocks to disappear and reassured us when our confidence was lacking. He made sure we remembered to breathe.Sean is such a good person and approaches his clients in a very human and caring way. Early on, he told my wife that he doesn't just hold to office ours, to call day or night for any need. He showed this to be true, usually answering our call and if not, returning our call quickly. We are in our home as of this past week. We are so excited and feel such gratitude towards Sean. Anyone who is looking to purchase a home anywhere in the Palm Springs area can do no better than entrust themselves to Sean Teague to handle their loan.

The land was on Indian land; this added a layer of complexity to the transaction that Annette breezed through. Her knowledge, tenacity and experience in the Palm Springs market truly shined. Well we closed on a home Sept 18 -Thank You Randy Corti for being the best lender-I couldn't have ask for a more professional person than Randy- I met Randy about 8 months ago -he would stop by my Open House and talk to potential buyer and help them understand the process. Most of the time he would bring snack and coke cola in a glass bottle-wow it tasted sooo good. So when my husband and I were looking to purchase a new home- I reached out to Randy. We are both independent contractors so it was tough getting us approved. Somehow Randy made it happen, he would explain ever step along the way to help us understand. We were suppose to close the 21st and he somehow managed to close 1 week early. Randy never made us feel like we were a bother(which I know we were!!) and if it went to voice mail- he would either text or return call within 20 min. I was floored how he was on top of everything!! Thank you Again Randy Corti-- he also showed up at the escrow office with 2 not 1 but 2 bottles non alcoholic champagne -because I don't drink!!!
