I have never had so much trouble dealing with a financial institution. I have an auto loan from them and I have had problems with them every month. They reported me 30 days late for a $3 difference after telling me my payment went down. When I learned about this and called to fix it there was nothing they would do to try to rectify the situation. I would never recommend going through them for anything.

Great place to do your banking! Friendly people, great products, innovative services & rewards, they go out of their way to find ways to reward you for being their customer!

After years of horrible bank experiences this place has been great. Also amazed at the services. Have had various debit card issues that have resolved very quickly. In fact needed a new debit card issued and they had it for pick up the next day at this location. I always recommend to friends and family if they are ever looking around for their banking needs.

I have been with the credit union for 20+ years and have had excellent customer service with loans, questions and membership perks. I wouldn't go anywhere else

I requested Frankenmuth credit union to send me a new debit card as mine was getting old, and after about a month and a half of waiting no card ever arrived. I then called to have them send me another one (understanding that it could of got lost in the mail) and the gentlemen on the phone ended up cancelling my active card! After discovering this I called back to remedy the situation and was told I have to wait 5-10 business days and they can’t reactivate my card, saying “because I had them cancel my card” which I did not. I live across the country and with that card being my only access to my money I can’t currently withdraw or make any purchases period ( I.e. groceries and other essentials) . After dealing with this inexperienced individual I requested to talk to a manager, they confirmed I have to have a new card sent to me and there’s nothing they can do to immediately fix THEIR mistake. Well, it’s been 3 days so far without access to my funds and even after requesting overnight shipping of my new card it has still yet to arrive. They’re giving me no choice but to change institutions in the next few days if the card doesn’t arrive soon or I will literally start to go hungry. This is Unacceptable.

I would not recommend this place to anyone, I have a truck loan and a boat loan through them and both times the loan officers messed my loan information up, I have been charged late fees on accounts I don’t even have and the costumer supposed is the worst

I would never keep acct at credit union. If times get bad they be first place you will lose money
