Client Review on Fox Communities Credit Union

Feedback:

Not pleased. I have been a member of this credit union since 2014. I have stayed loyal after two incidents: the first involving Kathy at the Kimberly Branch disclosing the balance and monthly payment amounts on a roommate's loan to his mother who is not listed on his account as an authorized user or a signatory. Zero accountability or formal apologies have been issued. Kathy should have been fired...no exceptions. Having undergone several incidents in a short period of time, and switching jobs, I am now holding out for my first commission check November 5th. Working 70 hours a week, I do not have time to negotiate medical bills that need to get paid. I politely requested a $1250 personal loan to finish paying two bills off that were due several weeks ago. I was turned down by an Underwriter who admitted my payment history is stellar. He had the nerve to offer to do business with me in the future, which I smartly responded and said if you can't help me in a time of need, why would I bring a car loan to you or a mortgage?When I have time, I am taking my business elsewhere. DONE with this institution.
