After finacing for a new roof with a promotional deal . I have paid 11 months and their online services is bad. I would pay and it should be done. Instead the money gets taken out , put back into the account even though the website says payment complete . then the payment was put back into my account. Then in the morning they will retake the money that they put back in. After calling them , they claimed that it was the bank . The bank said it was them collecting the money for the bill . BANKS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO MOVE PAYMENTS , WHICH CREATES FEES DUE TO A FEDERAL LAWSUIT.
