Have called 12 times today trying to make a payment, someone continue to hang up the phone. This is very annoying with trying to make my payment. If there is a problem with not wanting to accept my payment than send me a 0 balance & I promise you I will NOT bother you again😞

This compay enjoys robbing people and being useless. Do not go with them. They will go back on their words. I spoke with Rachel and was never transfered to a supervisor. I was told they were in an hour long meeting and I can't stay on hold for that long. They will make everything appear pretty, but then apologize for robing you. I was completely unhappy with Foundation Finance Company and their sales team. If I could rate them any lower, I would. BE AWARE OF CONTRACT. AMOUNT ON CONTRACT IS LOWER THAN WHAT THEY BILL.

Horrible customer service. I told multiple people that the check was in the mail. The lady laughed at me for being upset that they keep calling me. She actually laughed at me! Not professional at all.

Missed one payment. They called me on my cell phone during work hours one time and then called me at my work. They called me at work for missing one payment!!!! Do not use this company!!! One payment missed in a year!!!

The company I work for has used this company for a while and I am shocked to see any negative reviews about them. Our customer amd our business has had nothing but wonderful experiences with this company. Its refreshing to see that there are finance companies that will help homeowners who need improvements without forcing them to pay super high interest rates! Thanks FFC!

After finacing for a new roof with a promotional deal . I have paid 11 months and their online services is bad. I would pay and it should be done. Instead the money gets taken out , put back into the account even though the website says payment complete . then the payment was put back into my account. Then in the morning they will retake the money that they put back in. After calling them , they claimed that it was the bank . The bank said it was them collecting the money for the bill . BANKS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO MOVE PAYMENTS , WHICH CREATES FEES DUE TO A FEDERAL LAWSUIT.

Horrible company! They can put a lien on your property for any reason and give no explanation as to why. They don't even notify you that they have put a lien. I found out trying to refinance my house! Then they want you to pay $250 to have it temporarily lifted! I will let everyone I know not to do business with them.
