wow read some reviews and seems like if customers are not happy they get tore down on their reviews. well i took a gold coin in there a few days ago and the clerk obviously dont know how to handle gold coins. he tryed to take this very expensive gold coin out of its government sealed casing. anyone who knows about coins knows that coins should not be touched let alone rubbed to test the gold content. i took my coin back and went to people who know how to handle coins. if he would of opened that coin it would of lost all value expect the low price they offer for gold. since they dont know how to handle coins i wonder how many coins they destroy and try to sell for full price. now i could care less if the owner gets on here to justifiy why they miss handle coins but its plain and simple they dont know the business. also it really dont sound professional when you trash people for being honest about their reviews. poor management. crappy pawnbroker.
