Feedback:

This branch has a phone system that seems to be designed so that a customer cannot get through to a representative. Customer service is tepid. I open a CD two weeks ago and I have not received communication of any form.

I hardly ever go into the branch for any of my banks, but I needed to request a debit card for my account and had some questions, so I went in and they were all so friendly and helpful. Brian answered all my questions and even showed me how to set up Bill Pay to make paying my car loan easier. Very pleased. They even had my debit card ready that day which is awesome. The teller was very nice as well. The branch was clean and everyone was professional. Great experience.

The only reason I’m giving any stars is because the people who work there are nice, Brian is awesome and so are all the girls. But this bank is sooooo inconvenient, they LOVE to throw some fees on your account, and you literally cannot get through to anyone ever. Everything is a hassle here and at this point it would be easier to keep my money in the mattress. Which sucks because I do love the staff!

Heaven forbid you try to reach these guys by phone. Their automated system hung up on me twice while waiting in the queue. When I left my number for callback I was never called back. They're also currently charging me a double loan payment erroneously after 8 months of perfectly on time payments through their online Smartpay system. Edit: I physically went in and spoke with a manager. He apologized as their call centers are way behind. For anyone else, if your loan payment is due on the 1st and you pay it on the 2nd (you have a 7 day grace period) Smartpay will show you owe that month AND the next month. Although this is the first time I've seen it do that. I was told to just pay what I normally pay and it should correct once the payment goes through. They should change it to show only a double amount owed once the next bill is due only if you missed the previous payment and not during the current cycle. I don't think FCU can blame Smartpay since their primary banking website also shows I owe a double payment. Looks like Smartpay is the middle man and the FCU banking system has this issue. Gave a star back due to Brian Leatherman's help in person.

That's where I bank! 🏦Love the tellers and the branch managers . They are all so sweet,. Friendly and go out of their way for each individual customer.The interest rates can't be beat by far. Extremely knowledgeable loan officers💰Highly recommend looking into becoming a member.Yes they have safety storage boxes. Very protected and private.Thank you staff for your everyday smile and friendly service. ☺️

These people are scam artists, they scammed me out of $1700 which was arbitrarily added to my auto loan with no notification. Apparently I agreed to it because it was hidden in the 15 pages of fine print on the auto loan I signed at Daytona Mazda. They run an insurance scam where they require you to carry their own insurance in addition to the insurance you already carry. It was hidden in the fine print when I signed the loan and would have been hard to pick up on even if I read all the fine print carefully. Do not do business with this institution. They prey on people with less than perfect credit taking advantage of weak financial literacy.

Initially, I was skeptically and wanted to close my account due to extensive overdrawn fees; instead, they worked with me and credited my account the $1200+ that had my account in the negative. Not to mention just recently I applied for an auto loan and was denied. I called in to have my account password reset and Ronje helped me with that, in addition to a line of credit, a credit card and refinancing my current auto loan. I must say, when it comes down to it, their loan officers, (which I thought was a customer service representative), go above and beyond to keep the company's positive culture going! FLCU is my new bank!!!!!!!

I have a car loan with them but I don't know much about them except whenever I go into the building. They're like the equivalent of Chik fil A. Wells Fargo is like a ghetto McDonald's. I'm probably going to make them my main bank.
