Would have given less than one star if i had the option or half or even less of than half a star. No idea how they come up with Trade-In pricing. Their used car sales manager numbers are completely off compared to any other dealers out there. The GM of this dealership should seriously revisit and understand the methodology of how they derive their numbers. Buy Wholesale sell Retail....if that is the moto then by all means don't change or alter anything because that is exactly what they do. It is sad to see when you like a manufacturer and their product downstream folks ruin the whole experience. To prove my point i have attached one of my pricing and my scenario from MB of Manhattan computer screen just for the record.
