Dawn was wonderful through out the whole process. She patiently work with us and our budget to give us a newer model car with the color we wanted and the package we wanted. Dave the "finance guy" is totally awesome. My wife loves driving her 2020 Infiniti QX60. She loves the safety featurest comes with Proassist package.You guys run the best Infiniti dealership in the area!

We have dealt with this dealership and this team for nearly 30 years, purchasing 7 vehicles; we have always found them to be very professional and yet personable. We have found the whole team, from the manager Mr. Kiley to individual sales associates such as Mr. Chilikis always treat clients with respect, patience and no pressure to either decide on a vehicle or options. This also applies to helping with any financial options and they always are considerate on what is in the clients best interest as well. We always felt that with their help, we get the right car at the right price, making the car buying experience a pleasant one. We certainly do not hesitate in recommending the Flemington Infiniti Team to others.

I can't say enough good things about Edward Shoemaker. He is extremely helpful and caring, always working to get me the best service at the best rate. I truly TRUST him. He always has a loner car available for me and treats me with complete respect. I don't know a lot about cars, but that doesn't matter here. Ed has bent over backwards making my experience a truly positive one every time I come in. I feel I am part of the Infiniti family and won't take my business elsewhere all because of the wonderful customer service shown my this team. Thank you, Ed, Paul, and Madeline!!!

We are certainly not married to any particular make/model... however, the true professionalism, and super friendly and consistently fair people at this establishment make it a no brainer when shopping for a new car. My experience with Flemington Infiniti was pleasant from the very beginning. After I inquired about the status of the car via the Flemington Infiniti's webpage, (which was the best price for a QX30 in a 50 mile radius!), Patti reached out to me right away. She called within minutes to discuss the car and find out more about me and my needs. In doing so, she discovered that I qualified for phenomenal incentives. She scheduled an appointment that day for me to come in and test drive. Rob was fantastic to deal with. He was friendly and informative. No sales pressure at all! I truly had the best experience dealing with Patti and Rob at Flemington Infiniti and would recommend them to anyone!

Experience is everything and our experience has been outstanding both times. This is our second vehicle from Flemington Infiniti and we couldn’t be more pleased with the entire process. We always rave about how above and beyond Steve and George go to accommodate us. They make you feel like you are part of the family and it’s a joy to work with them. Dawn and everyone involved in the transaction(Steve and David) were friendly and went to great lengths to make sure I got the best possible deal. I almost felt like I was doing business with family. No other dealership could touch their offer, which I why I drove almost an hour to them. They have my business for my next vehicle too.!!!!!!

Nice enough people but still waiting for car I ordered (and left deposit for) back in January?? I stopped by about a month ago (already way past 10-12 week estimate) and was told the car was "on the way" from the factory. ZERO communication, before or since... and while I'm thankfully not in a rush it's a little insulting to be thought stupid enough not to know a 20 week (and counting...) wait time deserves an explanation. Maybe If you buy off the lot you'll have better luck?Update June 6: I'm surprised (pleasantly! :) to hear back from you, Stephen, will follow up separately for an update on my car but wanted to *publicly* acknowledge getting Flemington Infiniti's attention (at least here in Google land...)
