When my A/C stopped blowing in the middle of a heatwave this summer, I initially got quotes from a few other mechanics closer to where I now live before deciding to make the trip to Flemington BMW. I’m glad Flemington BMW is where I ended up going.I worked with Debra Lam, and she was great from start to finish. She and her team accommodated my somewhat atypical schedule, and they had me in and out quickly. Plus, the mechanics identified that only a piece of the A/C unit needed to be replaced -- saving me time and money. Within an hour, they had my A/C blowing cold and strong, and I was on my way home. I was impressed not only with how quickly they were able to fix my A/C but also by my experience in general: the shop itself is beautiful, the waiting area is clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly. Plus, I love the Know Your Vehicle report that they sent me after my visit. I truly believe they, like me, want to see this car run well for the foreseeable future. I no longer live in Flemington, but I will be visiting Debra and the team again when my car needs maintenance. The truth is, these are the only guys I trust to take care of me and my BMW.
