I called in to make an appointment to get my x5 serviced. I met with Deb. She explained everything to me in full detail about what would be happening with my car. I never felt rushed and felt comfortable. The atomisphere of the lounge was like being at home. Snacks and drinks were offered to me. Once my car was ready Deb walked me through everything that the techs went through and answered all the questions I had. She really is a great asset to the Flemington Team and I will be returning because of this positive experience! Thank you Deb!!!!
