I had service done 9/14/18. Mike Riccardi Sr., the service manager, and Jim Hierrl, the service advisor, could not have been any more knowledgeable, professional, and competent. It’s no surprise that their repeat customer service return and satisfaction is one of the highest in the state.Mike Riccardi will not not sell you anything you don’t need or make an unwarranted repair. His integrity and honesty make me travel more than an hour to have my older BMW convertible serviced at the Flemington dealership. If he says my car needs a certain repair, I have no doubts about doing the repair.Mike and his service team are straight shooters.Honesty and integrity and expert skill sets... what more could a customer want?Ira Melon
