Client Review on FLAG Credit Union

Feedback:

I starting banking here March or April of 2017, i didn't fully start using the account till about October 2017. I'm about to close the account, my card doesn't work properly. Ive called twice about the card and the limit they have on my card. I am without my car for the weekend because my card is declining and i can only withdraw a $100. That's another issue i called about and a request was suppose to be put in. On top of the fact i chip my card three times then slide it. The card has been like that since i got it, and I'm definitely not about to pay for a new card. I rather send my money else where, and some place that has a 24 hour after service customer service. Especially for my situation i have with my car, when i know the money is in my account. Just really not satisfied and don't appreciate the extra hassle I've been going through with decline transaction and etc. There is no reason why my limit is per day is under $500, i work hard for my money and having a purchase decline is ridiculous. Having a bank for me personally is better, than me thinking a credit union would have ore benefits.
