Feedback:

FLAG credit union is the best bank or credit union you could ever have. Unlike so many large banks today, they actually are about the customers. Every Sunday I am handed a pay check for my work cleaning my church. So on Sunday I do the mobile deposit -- and it goes in very quickly. That's right -- There are FLAG CU workers to review and deposit funds on the weekend. FLAG credit union always has enough clerks to take care of your needs - unlike the big banks -- AKA - Bank of America or Capital city bank. Flags clerks are always friendly, helpful and courteous. Again - unlike BOA and CCB. When I switched to FLAG last year, I didn't know or couldn't even imagine how pleased and happy that I would be with them -- but I am so pleased and so happy. Thank you FLAG CU for being about your members not $$$$$

Sharing is Caring and FLAG Credit Union does BOTH! I moved to Tallahassee 15 years ago with very little or bad credit and about as much knowledge on how to fix it. Since then, I have been educated by the FANTASTIC team at FLAG Credit Union on the "in's and out's" of credit and how to improve it. I am proud to call FLAG Credit Union MY banking adviser and resource. From the President to the Janitor, everyone cares about your banking experience.

I don't know how others had a great experience because for our first visit ever we approached a person at the counter and was told to walk in where the sign says "Enter here." Then her attitude was like, "I hate this job." Very, very negative experience. We will never go back again.

I starting banking here March or April of 2017, i didn't fully start using the account till about October 2017. I'm about to close the account, my card doesn't work properly. Ive called twice about the card and the limit they have on my card. I am without my car for the weekend because my card is declining and i can only withdraw a $100. That's another issue i called about and a request was suppose to be put in. On top of the fact i chip my card three times then slide it. The card has been like that since i got it, and I'm definitely not about to pay for a new card. I rather send my money else where, and some place that has a 24 hour after service customer service. Especially for my situation i have with my car, when i know the money is in my account. Just really not satisfied and don't appreciate the extra hassle I've been going through with decline transaction and etc. There is no reason why my limit is per day is under $500, i work hard for my money and having a purchase decline is ridiculous. Having a bank for me personally is better, than me thinking a credit union would have ore benefits.

I have been a member for Flag Credit union for the past 2 years.. I must say they are still one of the true definitions of a actual Credit union. Which these days are few far and between.. Mrs. Rebecca Woods is one of the most professional Individuals I have every worked with and makes the process very simple short and sweet for her members.. Give Flag a opportunity to earn your business......

I concur, I'm giving 5 stars, wish I could give them 6 ! I have to give cudos to Flag for excellent customer service. I have gotten 2 or 3 loans through flag and for many years dealt with Mary Fran, woman knows her stuff, hated to see her leave but her retirement, well deserved. Most recently Rebecca, also very helpful in processing my RV loan, almost on the spot, much thanks. Can't leave out Sherry from member services, always handles my payments and other things when I call as I'm retired and all over the place, thank,you Sherry. If any of you folks out there are looking for a good, no excellent credit union, look no further, go see my friends at Flagg.😀

I am a member of Flag Credit Union and have been for over 25 years. My experience over the years has always been outstanding! The personal care and attention to my needs is appreciated so much. I actually feel the Flag Credit Union staff is an extension of my family. If it's my husband, son, daughter or my mom walking through the door we know we will be treated with great care. The only banking institution for my family hands down is Flag Credit Union!

Flag Credit Union is a 5 star banking facility in my experience! I have been a member for over 20 years and have always received the most friendly, personal, timely and excellent service. The staff are top notch in customer service, starting from the President on down. They will jump through hoops to make their customers happy! I cannot be more pleased with the personal service provided, service rarely found anywhere else. I recommend them highly and won't do business anywhere else!
