Client Review on First Southern Bank

I was trying to close out an account at the carbondale branch and was met with so many obstacles that left me frustrated. Misinformation and under trained employees lectured me on the legal intricacies of my financial obligations to vendors. I was chastised and left there still not being able to close my accounts after two months! Next day I tried calling and again I got the same employee with the same disturbing behavior. When I requested a transfer to a manager I was transferred to the grand tower branch. Hannah was the unfortunate employee that took my call and had to hear the whole story. Hannah was empathetic, obviously knowledgeable about how the process works and immediately got on the phone with book keeping and got the situation under control. I drove today 54 miles to grand tower to sign the necessary documents and close my account. I was met with smiling faces and pleasants attitudes. Hannah thank you for helping me. You are an asset to First Southern bank and I wish you the best. Good job!
